2021-22 Season Ticket Giveaway | Official Contest Rules
Pacific Symphony may change the dates and/or terms of the Contest without prior notice. Any material change will be posted on the Pacific Symphony website. In order to be eligible, contestants must purchase a 2021-22 Classical or Pops subscription series before the contest ends on July 31, 2021.
Dates & Eligibility
Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents (“Participant”) who are 18 years of age and older at the time of entry residing within the state of California. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees or agents of Pacific Symphony and their household members are ineligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest Period begins July 6, 2021 and ends July 31, 2021 at midnight.
Prizes
To be eligible, you must purchase a 2021-22 Classical or Pops subscription series. We will pick ONE (1) winner to win the following prizes:
- Two season tickets to Pacific Symphony’s 2021-22 Classical OR Pops series
- A one-weekend stay at the Avenue of the Arts Hotel with complimentary self-parking
- Blackout days apply, subject to Avenue of the Arts discretion
- A $100 gift card to Silver Trumpet Restaurant and Bar, located at Avenue of the Arts Hotel
The drawing takes place on August 13, 2021 and will be notified through the phone and email provided at purchase. If the winner fails to respond in 48 hours of email notification, Pacific Symphony will rescind its offer and contact another entrant.
Pacific Symphony assumes no responsibility or liability for damages loss or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. Decisions by Pacific Symphony are final. Winner must produce identification satisfactory to Pacific Symphony prior to being awarded Prizes. Prizes have no cash value and are not transferrable.
Representation & Warranties
By submitting a Contest entry, Participant represents, warrants, acknowledges and agrees that Participant: (i) has read and meets the eligibility requirements; (ii) has submitted viable contact information; (iii) understands that if any of the information submitted is false or incomplete, it will void the Participant’s entry to the Contest; and Participant (iv) agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. Pacific Symphony in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its website or is otherwise in violation of these rules. In exchange for the right to participate in the Contest, each contestant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Pacific Symphony, and its officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees from any and all alleged and/or actual claims, demands, losses, settlements, liabilities and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen (including, without limitation, bodily injury, personal injury, death, disability and property damage), and costs and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, settlement and disbursements) directly or indirectly that arise out of the Participant’s participation in the Contest. Pacific Symphony is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone or other transmission failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, regardless of cause.
Privacy
Information collected from Participant is used in accordance with Pacific Symphony’s privacy policy at Pacificsymphony.org/About_Us/Privacy_Policy and for purpose of the Contest and to notify winners. Information collected will not be sold or shared in any manner by Pacific Symphony or any third parties.
Taxes
All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs, fees and expenses associated with a prize are the sole responsibility of the winners, where applicable.
