Accessibility Information

We are committed to making our concerts accessible to all. We offer services for patrons with disabilities, such as wheelchair locations and assistive listening devices.

Seating

Accessible locations for patrons with mobility impairments are available on both a subscription and individual show basis. Patrons utilizing an accessible location may purchase up to three adjacent companion seats, based on availability.  Additional tickets, up to the stated ticket limit, can be purchased in an area as close as possible to the other seats.

Wheelchair accessible seating is available in the following locations

  • Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall
    Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels, excluding the Grand Tier.

  • Samueli Theater
    ​​​​​​​Wheelchair accessible seating is available for all performances, but exact locations change based on performance type.

Transfer seats
Transfer seats are aisle seats that have a retractable arm rest that allows a patron to transfer from a wheelchair into a theater seat.

    Orchestra Rows C-K (aisle seats on both sides, use door 1 for house left or 3 for house right)

    Door 1 & 3-for seats in the front of Orchestra
    Door 2 & 4-for seats in the back of Orchestra Terrace
    Door 7 & 10-for seats in the back of Box Circle-even # Boxes

    Door 11 & 13-for seats in the Chorale Terrace Dress (use the accessible elevator on Dress Circle Lobby)
    Door 12 & 14-for seats in the Boxes of Dress Circle (use the accessible elevator on Dress Circle Lobby)
    Door 17-for seats in the Chorale Terrace Promenade (use the accessible elevator on Promenade Lobby)
    Door 16 & 18-for seats along the arms of Promenade Circle (use the accessible elevator on Promenade Lobby)
Patrons are welcome to use any mobility devices, walkers, canes, service dogs and oxygen tanks. Please let us know when you buy tickets so we can make arrangements for you to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

Parking

General Parking
For patron drop-off:
Street parking is available at performance time for drop-off and pick-up of patrons.

For Renèe and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall and Samueli Theater performances:
Wheelchair Accessible parking spaces are available at the Plaza Tower Structure (on the corner of Anton/Park Center) for vehicles bearing proper accessibility parking identification. From the structure, there is elevator access close to the Samueli Theater entrance which is located in the back of the Renèe and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall. 

Valet Parking
Valet parking at Pacific Symphony's evening performances is available only for patrons with a handicapped placard and costs $15. (Valet rates are subject to change.)

The valet parking podium is either located in front of the Renée and Segerstrom Concert Hall on Town Center Drive (weather permitting), or along the traffic circle under the grand arch.

It is recommended that patrons who are physically impaired use valet parking or have their companion drop them off in the front of the venue they are attending.

Assistive Listening Devices 

Patrons with hearing impairments may request assistive listening devices at the usher podium in the Orchestra Level Lobby of the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall.

To obtain an assistive listening device and headphones, a driver's license or major credit card will be required and then returned upon receipt of the equipment at the end of the performance.

Miscellaneous

Service dogs
All service dogs are welcome. Emotional support/comfort animals are not allowed. Service dogs must perform tasks related to the handler’s disability. We may ask you what services the dog provides. Service dogs must be leashed or harnessed at all times and will share the seating area of their handler, as aisles and walkways must be kept clear for safety.

Usher assistance
The Center's ushers are happy to escort and aid patrons who request assistance to and from the traffic circle area in front of the box office, before and after the performances. Ushers are also available to read program notes upon request.

Accessible restrooms
Accessible restrooms are located in every lobby in Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, and on the ground level of Samueli Theater. Private restrooms are available upon request. We also have public accessible restrooms on our Julianne and George Argyros Plaza. They are located on the east side of Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, reachable from the walkway between the Orange County Museum of Art and the Concert Hall.

Elevators 
Elevators are available on all levels of both halls except the Grand Tier in the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall. 

Also available
Drinking fountains are available on all levels of Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall and on the ground level of Samueli Theater. We have coat check rooms on the Orchestra Level lobby of Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall available at no extra charge (subject to weather).

In Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall and Samueli Theater, please ask the nearest usher.
