Assistant Concertmaster, Jeanne Skrocki, made her solo debut with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at fourteen years old, and at sixteen she was a scholarship student of legendary violinist Jascha Heifetz in his master class at the University of Southern California.  Skrocki has established a dynamic career as a soloist, chamber musician, concertmaster, educator, recording musician and adjudicator.  She has been concertmaster of the Pacific Symphony, American Ballet Theater Orchestra, the Opera Pacific Orchestra and the Redlands Symphony Orchestra. 

She has performed with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, Los Angeles Opera Orchestra, the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, and is a regular guest at the La Jolla Summerfest. In June, 2017, she completed her fifth year as an esteemed faculty member of the Jascha Heifetz Symposium held at Connecticut College. As Artist Professor of Violin at the University of Redlands, she built a successful violin studio and was the Director of the Strings Chamber Music Ensembles. An avid chamber musician, Skrocki frequently collaborates with her colleagues in Pacific Symphony and artists in the Los Angeles area and across the United States. 

In March, 2017, her trio was invited to perform at the first annual Music By Women conference at Mississippi University for Women. Skrocki has had the honor of adjudicating the Spotlight Awards in Los Angeles, the Bach Competition for strings at USC, the Polk Auditions at Claremont University, the San Diego Young Artists Awards, the Jackie McGehee Young Artists' Competition in New Mexico, ASTA southern California region finals and many Rotary and other local competitions. She is frequently invited to speak publicly as an advocate for the benefits of classical music and to share her passion for music. Skrocki has played on hundreds of major motion picture soundtracks, in addition to numerous releases with Pacific Symphony and various chamber music ensembles.  Former teachers include Bonnie Bell and Manuel Compinsky, of the internationally recognized Compinsky Trio. Skrocki has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
