Andrew Klein

Pacific Symphony bassoonist Andrew Klein has been a member of the orchestra since 1984. Andy has served for 32 seasons as solo bassoon with the Pageant of the Masters Orchestra in Laguna Beach. Andy has appeared with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, LA Opera, Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and the Santa Barbara Chamber Orchestra. While he performs numerous Broadway productions, Andy regularly performs in the Hollywood recording industry as well. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Andy attended Interlochen, California Institute of the Arts and the University of Southern California. Andy’s teachers include Don Christlieb, Michael O'Donovan and Norman Herzberg.
